By completing checkout and rental of the items, you acknowledge that you are responsible for the equipment rented. Unless properly stored and/or locked, you agree to pay Pedals Bike Rental LLC $150 per bicycle and bicycle accessory in the event that they are lost, stolen, or damaged. Neither Pedals Bike Rental LLC nor any of their management personnel, staff, or duly appointed agents are responsible for accidents or injuries resulting from the use, operation, or possession of the rented items.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of the delivery date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made same day as delivery will not receive a refund.

Collected tax is 6% for sales tax and an additional 3% for credit card processing.
